Pennsylvania is facing a growing teacher shortage, with alarming declines in new teaching certifications. #PANeedsTeachers, a new coalition to rebuild the teacher pipeline needed to build awareness of the crisis and propose solutions like the Student Teacher Stipend program.
Strategy:
